About the jersey:

These jerseys are the now popular, relaxed-fit “mountain” jersey”. This style is super comfortable, wears like a regular shirt, but you still get a handy zippered rear pocket, and a front zipper as well. The women-specific mountain cut is very flattering, and, as you can see from other photos in the site, it’s form fitting enough that it works as a “road” jersey if you want it to.
